Switching & onboarding

You bring the community. We carry everything else.

Installation, configuration and migration are done for you — from a legacy portal, from a drawer of spreadsheets, or from no system at all.

White-glove setup — we migrate your data for you.

Four steps, and you're only in one of them

1
Kickoff call

We map your units, amenities, rules and documents with you. This is the part that needs your building's knowledge — about an hour.

2
We build it

Import from a BuildingLink export or your spreadsheets, services configured, and your plain-English AI rules written with you.

3
Dress rehearsal

Your team works real requests with the AI on Copilot, reading every draft before it sends. Nothing is live to residents yet.

4
Go live

Residents keep emailing the same address. It just starts answering in minutes.

From anything

From BuildingLink

A built-in occupant import brings units and residents across in one pass. Documents and amenities follow by hand — ours, not yours.

From another portal

Send us whatever export the system will give you. We've yet to meet a format we couldn't work with.

From email and spreadsheets

Our specialty, and where most communities start. The treasurer's workbook and a folder of PDFs is a perfectly good starting point.

What white-glove actually includes

Data migration and clean-up. Service configuration. Writing your AI rules with you, in your words. A training session for staff. Resident announcement templates — we'll even draft the “meet your new helpdesk” email. Then check-ins through the first month, while the AI's levels get dialled to where you want them.

Nothing shuts off on day one

Your old system stays exactly where it is until you're confident. Parallel running is normal, expected, and free of drama — the resident-facing email address is the only thing that has to be right, and it doesn't change.

“We’re not going to be a cookie-cutter platform. We’re going to curate a program that’s specific to your property.”

Common worries

Our records are a mess. Is that a problem?

It's the normal starting condition. Cleaning it up is part of the migration, not a prerequisite for it.

Do our staff need training?

One session, and most of it is showing them what they no longer have to do.

What happens if we leave?

You export everything. The association's records belong to the association.

Who does the work on our side?

One person for one kickoff call, plus whoever wants to attend the rehearsal.

Tell us what you're running today. We'll tell you what moving looks like.
